Studio A is on the 2nd level This is a Studio/Theatre equipped with LED lighting. Approx: 30 x 55′ with ceilings high enough for partnering. 28 x 40′, with the standard seating in place. Floor: It has a sprung floor with Marley surface. Notes: The studio has no mirrors. A piano is available upon request.	Studio B is downstairs. Approx: 30 x 30′ Approx height: 8 feet Floor: Sprung floor with marley. Notes: It has mirrors. Portable barres available upon request. Access to small lobby in the ground level. Changing rooms/washrooms/shower.
RATES
Non-profit Artist/Non-technical Rehearsal: Studio A $18/hr +HST Studio B $16/hr +HST	Classes/Workshops: Studio A $35/hr +HST Studio B $30/hr +HST
For Technical Rehearsals $60/hr + HST (minimum 4 hours) Includes in-house technician	For Performances (or anytime there is an audience) $80/hr + HST (minimum 4 hours) Includes in-house technician and building representative.
